In his opening speech, First Deputy Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Andrii Parubii noted: "We have to hold the reforms almost in all fields of social life. This is the destiny of our state to try to stop the war in the east and simultaneously with it hold reforms in all sectors. However, one of the most important reforms, the most important for ordinary people, is the reform of the health care sector."
The head of the parliamentary hearings also said it is very hard to hold specialized reforms not having the general plan, general goal for it. He said there were lots of problems and called all of them to be very challenging.
